Travel Pack

The Travel Pack is a pack, for travel.

We’re currently prototyping this pack. The pack in the photo was the first prototype. The design has evolved from then. We need to test this pack for around six months before we’ll be ready to put it into production.

Storage & Organisation

The Travel Pack has a main storage compartment, which is large enough to pack for a long weekend away.

Inside the main storage compartment, there’s an organisation panel with two large sleeves and two elasticised pockets. This organisation panel is suspended to prevent your gear hitting the ground when you put down the pack.

There’s a large zip pocket on the front of the pack. There’s also a large, elasticised pocket on the front of the pack, which allows you to stuff a light rain jacket or anything you might want to access quickly while on the go.

Inside the top panel of the pack, there’s a small zip pocket that will fit an AirTag, satellite communicator, or backup phone.

On each side of the pack, there are elasticised pockets. These pockets are large enough for a water bottle, compact umbrella, or trekking poles.

Carriage

The Travel Pack can be carried as a backpack using the supplied quick release shoulder straps. These straps can be fully detached from the pack. The straps have a quick release feature, allowing you to quickly ditch the pack if needed.

The pack straps are compatible with the Street Pack.

Several handles around the pack make it easy to pick up the pack in various contexts.

Components are attached to the shoulder strap and handles, not to the bag.

To reduce the risk of accidently jettisoning your pack, the Fidlock components on the shoulder straps are protected by a simple webbing strap with velcro.
